On this 12th day of Christmas, I would like to emphasize the most important aspect of Christmas is reflected in this song

To save us all from Satan’s power
When we were gone astray
Oh tidings of comfort and joy!
Christ was born to save us all from Satan’s power, and to destroy the works of the devil.
1 John 3:8 The one who does what is sinful is of the devil, because the devil has been sinning from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.
Christmas is not about parties, gift giving, getting together with family, Santa , reindeer, or Frosty. It’s about celebrating the reason we can all know Freedom, can all be both Forgiven and Forgiving, and can all be partakers of the Kingdom of Heaven.
We now have an escape exit from sin and the kingdom of darkness and a path that leads us to enter into the Kingdom of Light, Love, Peace, and Happiness! And that is Good News! Good Tidings to bring us Comfort and Joy!
